Le Canard Enchainé Restaurant opened in 1996 and was immediately recognized not only as one of the best French restaurants in the region, but one of the best restaurants regardless of genre. Owner/Head Chef, Jean-Jacques Carquillat brings an abundance of experience in the food preparation industry and many renowned food critics realize his enormous talents.
