The Culinary Team at Le Canard Enchaine specializes in traditional country French fare, and our expertise is reflectected in every dish we compose. Under the guidance of Head Chef/Owner, Jean-Jacques, we craft dishes that are appealing to all five senses. Experience the tempting aesthetics and aromatic sensations. We have carefully designed our menu items to be sensible in preparation yet elegant in taste and design. It is this structure which allows us full concentration on each step along the way to perfection...and that indeed is the French Culinary Way.

All of our ingredients are delivered fresh and used as soon as possible, including ducks ordered from the local farm, fresh organic vegetables, and seafood brought in daily from the docks of Boston and New York City.

Our specials change daily to reflect seasonal products allowing our kitchen staff to really show off their talents.
